Prashanti has over six years of experience across investor relations, fundraising and investment banking in India and the UK.

Prior to joining Epiq Capital, Prashanti was part of Panthera Growth Partners and Cactus Partners, where she spent nearly four years combined and built investor relations functions from scratch. At Cactus Partners, she was part of the team that led the firm's maiden fundraise, securing $77M in LP commitments.

Before that, Prashanti worked in deal advisory in Mumbai and London, including as AVP at Steer Advisors, where she was part of the team that closed KKR's $625M acquisition of a majority stake in Vini Cosmetics.

Prashanti holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of London and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad.
