Darsh is a member of the investment team. Prior to joining Epiq, he worked in the Tech Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he advised leading technology companies on strategic transactions. Before Goldman, he was a consultant at Bain & Company, partnering with private equity investors, technology, healthcare, and consumer & retail companies on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, pricing, and value creation initiatives. 

Darsh holds an MBA from The Wharton School where he was selected as a Joseph Wharton scholar and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
