Ami Dhruva has over 8 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, investor reporting, and valuations across the financial services and alternative investments industry. She has extensive experience in managing fund operations and investor servicing functions.

Prior to joining Epiq Capital, Ami was part of the Fund Accounting and Operations team at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited, where she was responsible for the end to end accounting and operations of Category II Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). Her role involved oversight of fund accounting, NAV review, investor reporting, financial reporting, valuation, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and stakeholder management. She was instrumental in streamlining operational processes, driving the migration of fund accounting processes to a new platform, refining fund models, and strengthening reporting frameworks, contributing to greater operational efficiency and  enhanced reporting accuracy.

Earlier in her career, she was associated with Julius Baer, where she was part of the finance team supporting Julius Baer Wealth Advisors and Julius Baer Capital, gaining valuable experience in corporate finance and  financial reporting.

Ami is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from B.Y.K. College, Nashik.
